Weight Release Programs
I offer two different programs, please see the weight loss page for details. Both are customized for clients.

Prices from $270.00 - $290.00 + the cost of 3 follow up visits, this is a one month program.
Includes 4 visits, customized meal plans, food scale, food journals, detox supplement and blood sugar support.
MY CLEINTS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO GAIN THEIR WEIGH BACK.
You will receive an EXCELLENT free Maintenance Program that will ensure your new lifestyle habits stick.

Additional months of weight loss are extremely cost affordable, you receive needed additional product and 4 visits for monitoring and coaching starting at $120.00 to $165.00  per additional4 week period.
I am not trying to break your bank, and because of this I can actually help you to achieve your goal weight and maintain it for your life time.

I receive many calls from clients who have started HCG at other clinics and cannot afford to continue at their price. I can help you with continuing, but we will need to talk first.

Weight Loss Coaching Sessions       0- 30 minutes visit $30.00
I support other weight loss plans, if you need weekly coaching or monitoring we can meet weekly in 30 minute increments..
You can also come into my office weekly for this visit to obtain your BMI, Body fat percentage and get your measurements taken. A true monitoring process.

This cost does not include any needed or requested product.

Each additional minute                                                       $1.00.

Nutritional Custom Plans & Sessions      $75.00 per 1 hour.
Additional weekly coaching in 30 minute increments, $30.00 plus $1.00 each additional minute.

Offering customized nutritional and wellness plans based on individual needs.
Expertise in working clients off un healthy foods that do not serve health and wellness goals onto a whole food diet, vegetarians, vegans, sports nutrition on and off season as well as childrens meal plans.

Our session will end with a clear understanding of what your new food goals are. You will be emailed your customized plan in e book format, clear goals, dates for goals and incredible tips for long term success including how to create a health supporting kitchen, how to eat organic on a budget, what foods have the most pesticides, how to avoid eating genetically modified foods and more.

Phone & Skype Appointments are available, both require scheduling.

Renay is a Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, Certified Nutritionist, and a Clinical Homeopathic Practitioner.
She also holds certification in hypnosis, holistic life coaching
and is an active member of the American Association of
Drugless Practitioners.

A Message From Renay

My introduction to the Health Industry began in 1997. In the role of Director and Trainer of Support for Nutrition and Wellness to thousands of health practitioners I became ever more passionate about helping others achieve optimal health. I have worked with doctors in the field of weight release and nutrition for over a decade.

Upon my completion of advanced studies in nutrition, herbology, acupressure and reflexology I decided to follow my true passion and practice homeopathy, clinically. I am a graduate of the American Academy of Clinical Homeopathy where I studied the philosophy and detailed works of clinical homeopathy by Luc Chatlin, ND, D.I.Hom.

This lead to my organically focused Homeopathy practice which also offers Holistic Life Coaching and Clinical Nutritional Therapies to clients nationwide.

I am passionate about actively participating in improving the quality of life for everyone who seeks it. I value the ideals of the vocation and avidly reinforce the gains made from clients’ energetic involvement in improving their health.

I subscribe to best practices of wellness activities that strengthen client encounters and the sustained application of these practices to build confidence in projected outcomes. This necessary model targets the segment of the population who have retreated to sedentary lifestyles or replaced time that should be devoted to self improvement with work activities.

I also communicate weekly with the online community as a featured writer of articles for the leading online wellness organization www.Intent.com. Mallika Chopra, daughter of the highly acclaimed doctor Deepak Chopra, owns and operates the company. It is one of my passions to outreach to the thousands of readers and like minded individuals on all things organic and wellness.
Healthy Nutrition and Homeopathy are becoming more prominent than ever with Americans now making the move back to the original system of health care, natural medicine. Homeopathy allows practitioners to offer cost effective wellness care to clients. It also offers clients the ability to build a strong nutritional foundation and understanding so the homeopathic remedies can actually work on the root cause of the physical challenge.
